The new GPS tracker Lommy Capture, is specially designed for theft protection and monitoring of trailers, caravans and more.
Lommy Capture can be powered by the vehicle lights, such as the rear lights of a trailer.
When the rear lights are on, the device automatically transmits its position approximately every second minute.
When the rear lights are off, Lommy Capture draws power from brake lights and turn signals instead.
The energy is then stored in special "energy containers", so-called supercaps, to ensure the availability of energy for transmitting a position at regular intervals of 2-8 minutes.
Flextrack has been granted an international patent for the technology behind Lommy Capture.
